Type of Pest
Different pests require different solutions. Wasps and ants are usually resolved quickly. Rats, mice, bed bugs, cockroaches, and squirrels often need multiple visits and specialist techniques.
Size of Infestation
A large, established infestation takes longer and costs more than a small, contained problem treated quickly.
Type of Treatment
Chemical sprays differ in cost from chemical-free heat treatments. Certain pests like bed bugs may require advanced methods such as heat treatment or monitoring traps.
Size of Property
Larger properties, or those with outbuildings, multiple floors, or difficult-to-access lofts, require more time to inspect and treat.
Number of Treatments
Some pests require multiple visits. A wasp nest treatment costs less than a mouse treatment requiring multiple follow-ups. Rats and fleas commonly need a course of treatments.
