Lower-risk office environments may need quarterly inspections. We assess your site and recommend an appropriate schedule during the initial survey.

Contract customers receive priority emergency response. If a pest issue arises between scheduled visits, we aim to attend within 24 hours for standard contracts and within 4 hours for Enhanced Pest Protection Services customers. Emergency callouts are included in Enhanced contracts at no additional cost.
