Preparation depends on the treatment type. For most rodent or insect treatments, we ask that you clear access to affected areas, store food in sealed containers, and keep pets away from treated zones. Your technician will confirm what is needed when booking.
For most standard treatments, you do not need to vacate. Some treatments such as fumigation or heat treatment require you to leave for a set period. Your technician will advise you in advance.
We use treatments that are approved for use in commercial and residential environments. Depending on the product used, there may be a short re-entry period. We will always tell you what precautions to take before and after treatment.

Follow-up visits, reports, and confirming results
This depends on the pest type and severity of the infestation. Many problems are resolved in one or two visits. Ongoing contracts are available for commercial and residential clients who require regular monitoring and prevention.
If the problem persists after treatment, contact us and we will return to assess the situation. Our goal is to resolve the problem fully. Speak to us when booking about any guarantee terms that apply to your specific service.
Yes. We provide written documentation of treatments carried out. Commercial clients receive full service reports, which can support BRC, AIB, and other audit requirements.
Your technician will explain what signs to look for and over what timeframe. For rodent work, activity should reduce within a few days of treatment. We are always available to answer follow-up questions after a visit.

Commercial clients can choose from managed Pest Protection Service or Enhanced Pest Protection Service contracts, which include scheduled visits, monitoring, and full documentation.

Contracts can cover all major pests including rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, flies, bed bugs, birds, and stored product insects. Each contract is tailored to the site environment and risk level.

Guarantees, insurance, landlord obligations, and DIY advice

We work with both landlords and tenants. Speak to us and we can advise on your specific situation.

DIY pest control products are available from hardware and DIY stores, but they are less effective than professional-grade treatments. Every week we receive calls from customers who have already spent money on DIY solutions and still require professional help. For established infestations, professional treatment is strongly recommended.
Most councils offer a pest control service and may charge less than a professional contractor. However, council services often have limited resources, which can result in long wait times and short-term treatments that do not get to the root cause. We regularly attend jobs where a previous council treatment did not fully resolve the problem.
